An IOF soldier, Leon Khlebnikov, is currently in the Netherlands as a judge for the European Universities Debating Championship, hosted by Utrecht University.

Back in 2025, while committing genocide in Gaza, Leon uploaded videos of him blowing up a school in Rafah, with the caption: "Well, the school year ended earlier than expected. Urgent, what is the number for The Hague?"

Why does Utrecht University feel it's okay to host people who gloat about blowing up schools and committing war crimes?
