@pulte Happy for you! When fixing housing please keep in mind the property tax issue and insurance. We got a great interest rate but our property tax and insurance is so high that our monthly payment more than doubled. It’s not sustainable !

I'm not a religious person, but I see Samaritan's Purse EVERYWHERE in Western North Carolina.

They have literally been here for 5 months straight helping us and have asked for nothing in return.

Say what you will about religious groups... but they 100% show up when it counts.

@myservbank With low interest rate, they aren’t making much on us, now they are trying to push us out of our home by not approving an extended time to pay our escrow shortage. As a result they are increasing our monthly an additional $1250 a month. Don’t use them, they are NOT on your side!!
