Rev Dr Andrew Campbell presented a copy of his new book, 'One for the Other: Engaging with Nonviolent Atonement Theology', to the Gamble Library on 1st August. Andrew is one of the recognised teachers at UTC, and much of the book’s research was conducted in the Gamble Library.

#ABTAPL2025 is underway! We began with a tour of the @thelinenhall in the Belfast City Centre. Fascinating to hear about the long history of this independent library. Highlights included their collection of political posters and a portrait of a former Linen Hall Librarian.

While archiving Library Annual Reports from the 2000s Margaret, Library Assistant, came across a reference to a rare book containing a paragraph written and signed by Jonathan Swift.

Since 2020 the Gamble Library of UTC has worked in partnership with the @UlsterScotsAgen . This has proved extremely beneficial for the Library, and the wider College. In December 2024 the Gamble Library received a generous donation from the Ulster-Scots Agency
