@gm8585@matthew_t_moore Yes! We are definitely the students in this new way of teaching... we can "practice what we preach" and be great role models! #flipclasschat
A6-I have been focusing on self care such as running and eating right. When I feel better physically, I am up for the mental challenge of remote learning! #flipclasschat
A5-I haven't had day 1 yet, but I know I am anxious about meeting the needs of my reluctant learners. I think it will be hard to motivate through a screen rather than in person. #flipclasschat
@jillmclean27 @MPierce018 I was impressed with my school trying to differentiate the training this year. "Seasoned" tech users were asked to train, those who were somewhat comfortable were given time to work and create, while newbies were given step-by-step instructions. #flipclasschat
A4-Most people were anxious but appreciative because it was no longer perceived as optional techniques. The training we were receiving was necessary for a successful start. #flipclasschat
@JJBackeberg@matthew_t_moore Yes, giving the right amount of support is one of my concerns as well. I am so used to being able to meet with students one-on-one. I am trying to think of the best way to continue this through zoom. #flipclasschat
A2-Having been creating videos for years, this has definitely made the switch to remote easier! I have found myself in more of a coaching role in my school since all this has hit. #flipclasschat
We haven't had our first day yet. My anxiety is manageable at this point. I am planning on using instructional videos paired with zoom sessions to answer questions. I guess we'll see how it goes! #flipclasschat
A5: I plan to use @classkick so Ss can still collaborate & work together. If 3-4 Ss can all be on one slide & in breakout rooms through zoom, they can talk and "work" together. Plan to use https://t.co/YYiBslBBak activities too & share snapshots. #flipclasschat
