A farmer spots " how @Keir_Starmer 's new best buddies at BlackRock are going to screw you over in 7 steps.

"1. They will start buying up small plots of agricultural land at double the normal price. They will issue a directive to all of their energy companies simultaneously to aggressively acquire plots for carbon capture. These third parties will start bidding against each other and force the value of agricultural land up.

"2. Initially farmers won't believe their luck - "these city folks are mad! if they want to buy an acre for £50K, who am I to say no to these fools" is what you'll hear down the pub.

"3. These crazy prices will set record high comparisons for agricultural land. When a farmer dies, their farm will be valued using these new metrics and the next generation will discover the farm they thought was worth £3M is worth £9M and they don't have anything close to the money needed to cover the tax.

"4. In swoops a BlackRock subsidiary with a "Agri Debt Finance Tax Relief" product to lend them 20% the "value" of their farm so they can pay the taxes.

"5. The debt will come with conditions (a covenant) that the farm has to adopt and maintain certain practices. It has to use certain BlackRock owned fertilisers, software, machinery and labour solutions that get the farm ready to interface with a larger conglomerate.

"6. When a farm cannot make its debt payments, it is sold at auction. BlackRock subsidiaries are instructed NOT to buy these farms at auction. They have a special arrangement to buy the unsold farms at a rate that covers the unpaid debt plus outstanding fees and taxes to government... basically what the farm was originally worth.

"7. A BlackRock subsidiary then takes over the farm, consolidates it with a massive group of farms and uses illegal immigrant labour to staff the farm (which will be another government program they institute to deal with the immigration crisis). The government will literally pay for the labour costs as part of this plan making the farms wildly profitable and making small family farms unable to compete."

Britain's economy isn't going to recover. It can't. You can't wage a war on fossil fuels and personal mobility and expect growth. You can't demolish power stations and replace them with windmills then expect energy prices to stabilise.

You can't keep keep driving up costs and then borrow money to fund mitigation schemes and expect inflation to slow. You can't keep importing tens of thousands of economically inactive illiterate migrants and expect to retain the kind of high trust law and order society that makes commerce possible.

You can't keep ramping up taxes and the cost of motoring and expect a consumer led recovery. You can't transition to a mineral intensive energy system, making yourself entirely dependent on Chinese imports - and then put up a carbon border tax, and then expect to be able to build new energy infrastructure.

You can't pile on energy efficiency and eco-regulations on to landlords and homeowners and expect the housing market not to implode. Doing any of this was absolutely insane even before covid lockdowns and the war in Ukraine. Doing it now is absolutely suicidal.

When you're heaping all this on voters and you deny them a choice at the ballot box, don't be surprised if the social contract evaporates. Don't be surprised if Greek style corruption and tax evasion creeps in.

But don't whinge about it. It's your fault. You keep voting for these deadbeat virtue signalling cretins. Vote the same, get the same. It's all on you.

It’s amazing how the CDC has changed its tone…what has changed? I guess those who refused to get the vaccine were right all along. THE REAL REASON FOR CLIMATE CHANGE:
The distance of where you are from the Sun is constantly changing because the Earth's orbit around the Sun is VERY irregular. Start by learning the three Milankovitch Cycles, then look into Solar Inertial Motion. None of this has anything to do with humans. None of this has anything to do with CO2. The models of the Solar System you grew up believing as a child were gross over simplifications. They conditioned you to believe that the Solar system has regular orbits, of which the Earth is one. Yet that is not the reality: not only the earth both tilts and wobbles as it orbits, but the orbit is an ellipse not a sphere, meaning the distance from the Sun is not constant. These are the three Milankovitch cycles. Then the combined mass of the planets also changes the centre of the Orbit, meaning the Sun appears to move rather than being in the fixed centre of the Solar System. This is called Solar Inertial Motion. And this is just the beginning of the story of irregularity in the Earth's orbit around the Sun, then there are cycles of Sun activity, making it stronger and weaker according to how many Solar Flares we are exposed to. It's definitely not a simplistic neat black and white story of CO2, and humans have no power to determine the orbit of the Earth around the Sun!
