NEW: Man doesn't appear to know his kids' names after a 4-month-old baby was flung from his vehicle in a high-speed police chase.

28-year-old Tyrice Fletcher is accused of fleeing from police with children in his car after refusing to pull over for a traffic violation.

Fletcher hit speeds exceeding 100 mph. Arkansas State Police say they were unaware that children were in the car during the chase.

After the car flipped, police raced to the vehicle to find a 4-month-old lying in the grass.

They then found three other children in the car.

Miraculously, the children, all under 6, only suffered minor injuries.

Fletcher faces numerous charges, including four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

The U.S. DOJ sued California Secretary of State Shirley Weber in 2025 to compel the surrender of unredacted statewide voter records, but a federal district court dismissed the case entirely in January 2026.

The DOJ has appealed the ruling, and the litigation remains active.
