Anything but Schluter.
Stair transitions and wall caps seem like details with no details, but they say a lot if done wrong. In a truly-custom build, those edges should feel clean, and integrated into the design, not like an afterthought. The little things are not little.
* The completed home is the receipt; the reputation you maintain is the reward. * The satisfaction is the continued client relationship long after the dust, dirt, and final inspections. #builder#concepttocompletion#customhomes
The Reward(s):
But then… you see it. These things, all executed right here, right now, for this project/client only. It’s like immediate dopamine. It’s the feeling of pushing constantly, and creating a home that won’t be replicated. A home that everyone is proud of.
Building bespoke, high-performance homes is a high-stakes tightrope walk. * When you’re building "one-off" design details, there is no real “user manual” nor “cheat sheet.”

One-off, 1 of 1 custom homes aren’t production. They’re precision. They’re problem solving. They’re also highly rewarding to be a part of. This is what makes it fun everyday waking up and going to work. This December, 2025 marks 24 years and 11 months of doing just that.
Anyone that knows me will tell you that I’m a sucker for new technology. I’m an early adopter on all things that catch my eye in tech and productivity. But…nothing beats a pen and paper most of the time when it comes to getting stuff done!
I don’t post stuff like this that’s sort of raw, nor do I talk about this kind of stuff very enough.
But for more than two decades (the old saying that time flies?) we’ve quietly built one of South Florida’s most capable custom builders, tailored to clients who… (continued)
What we do each day isn’t just about cool features and the latest and greatest finishes—it’s about trust, patience, and vision. The reward isn’t only the home our clients move into, but the legacy they create in the process. #dreamhomes
