@NTCouncilTeam Yeah it is I believe when no 36 had work done to the place the buliding team must of dumped it there as thats the only think I remember it would be from mate

@NTCouncilTeam I have reported this many of times on the grass verge on shields road nothing seems to get done and it’s been there for 2 years the house near it is 36 shields road it should be removed as it’s classed as fly tipping please can you sort this out many thanks James
