Here is my opinion of our current situation: Nobody on the team or coaching staff GAF about USF. Everyone looking for a payday and “what’s in it for them.” Therefore, we suck and don’t care that we do because it costs nobody a penny to suck. Just my opinion…
@ComeToUSF@USF_GreenNgold Bulls fan for 17 years and season ticket holder for 10. For over a decade I wished for an on campus stadium, we are finally getting one and I opted out to renew my tickets… I’m done sending my hard earned money to a program that is okay with losing… show me results and I’m back
And sorry not sorry, my wife is a born and raised gator fan. Didn’t mind saying go gators for the first time in my life tonight. Grass isn’t always greener on the other side. 🤘🏼
Final game thoughts on USF vs Army
First, WHAT. A. FINISH!! My dad said after the game, Go big or go home! I agree!
WOW!! Legendary going for the W instead of a very long FG to tie or 5 yards for a first down!
As Super Bowl winning coach, Bruce Arians would say, No risk it no biscuit.
OK, now for my thoughts on the game as a whole:
1. Leadership. For most of the first two games we have not seen a leader stand up on the field. That may have changed with MVB's performance. We need to see him stand into the void and become the leader of this team. I want to see some passion and intensity with getting players around him to step up. The Bulls need the same on the defensive side. No vocal leader yet on the field for the defense.
2. Offense needs an identity. I get it that coaches are feeling out just how this team fits into their scheme. So far we have mostly seen a power run centered offense. I think a spread offense will be a better use of the speed on this team. Make the D have to cover more real estate. When the Bulls offense scored it was on drives that used the passing game more. Now, dropped passes have been an issue and I think that will be less of an issue as timing improves.
3. No quit. There is no quit in this team. There were times today that past Bulls teams would have put their heads down and lose their composure. That leads to the next important point!
4. Disciplined!!! This team only had 3 penalties for 15 total yards today!!! That is amazing and shows this team is well coached despite some of the execution issues.
Bottom line, USF is going to improve each game this season. They are a well coached and disciplined team. The dropped passes and missed tackles will be improved upon. A leader on both sides of the ball needs to step up to take us to the next level.
Go Bulls!! #HornsUp
If you voted for the Big Beautiful Bill, please don’t get on here and express righteous indignation that the debt is now $40 trillion. Anyone with a room temperature IQ knew that cutting taxes and increasing spending was going to balloon the deficit.
We all kind of had a feeling he was hearing offers from other teams and then obviously he took it right after our last game, but that is college football. It moves fast. But like I have said before, love Coach Golesh, he gave me another opportunity to play at USF and I’m thankful for that.
Bulls Nation, we can compete for and win national championships here! It all starts with believing it’s possible and having the right coaches, focus, vision & culture!
💯⛽️! 🚫🚗!!!
To lower gas prices, Trump will issue 30-day waivers for the Jones Act, allowing foreign tankers to supply refiners on the East Coast with fuel from the Gulf Coast & other U.S. locations. Since this is an admission that the Jones Act raises gas prices, why not repeal it entirely?
