Tweet 2/2: I personally think the U.S. is behind NL, FR, and DR in sm usage and internet penetration due to political and economic expenditure. The U.S. leads the world in military expenditure (more than the next countries combined) this leaves little room for internet. #comodu

@ODURogerN Great question! I don't think I would pay to opt-out. Although, the advertising is annoying, I personally don't think it has affected my spending choices. If it does come down to paying, I think I would find another social media site to utilize haha wbu? #comodu

@robert46021470 Congrats on the interview! One could argue that this is a good use for it. It means that people are getting evaluated on merits beyond their resume, which could be beneficial. However, it could also be dangerous if candidates have inappropriate material on their sm. #comodu

If I were to look at the Global map on a personal level, I think I would be in the "Relationship" category. Military life has made sm a vital tool for me to keep in touch with family and friends as we move. #comodu

Find the WAVE global map of social needs extremely interesting! However, I was surprised to see how "Recognition" had the least amount of countries. Being that it means expressing your personality, I would have thought US would at overlap that section! #comu

@JenLloydODU I completely agree about how noisy Twitter is! What you said is related to a point made in our Diplomacy lesson about how one challenging aspect for diplomats is having their message withstand the clutter. Seems like an issue for everyone though #comodu

@LorinLee2 As others on here mentioned, Snapchat is constantly losing using. However, playing devil's advocate, in wakes of the FB scandal are more people going to go back to it and leave FB? I doubt interesting thought. #comodu

@mwhit125 @jk_rowling I think @jk_rowling is a wonderful example of a celebrity using their influential power to initiate social good. I follow her on FB and admire how she voices for people to take action against religious intolerance and injustices to women. #comodu
