Great coaching > more games. Quality reps build players. Bad reps build bad habits. That’s been our mission for 20+ years and again today at 3x3. Let's keep it going!

Every screen should answer one question:
What problem are we trying to create for the defense?
Too many players set screens because they’re told to. Elite players understand the purpose behind each one.
A well-angled ball screen can force a switch, create downhill momentum, or trigger help rotation. An off-ball screen can create a layup, free a shooter, or occupy a help defender.
Great screening isn’t just about contact... it’s about timing, angle, spacing, and what happens immediately after the screen.
The players who separate themselves aren’t always the most talented... they’re the ones who choose growth over excuses, consistency over comfort, and work over attention. While everyone else is chasing highlights, chase habits… because the scoreboard eventually rewards the players who put in the work nobody else sees. 🏀📈🔥 #GrowthMindset #Basketball #Grind
One of the most undercoached skills in basketball is playing after the advantage. Beating your defender isn’t the finish line... it’s the starting point.
Once the defense rotates, can your players:
• Make the extra pass?
• Relocate to open space?
• Attack the next closeout?
• Keep the advantage alive?
The best teams don’t win because they create advantages. They win because they refuse to let the defense recover. Great offense is built on connecting actions, not isolated plays.
We’re down to the final day of Week 7 of 10 in our Summer Skill Development Program, and it’s been great to watch the growth across every age group. The effort and willingness to be coached have made this one of our best summers yet. Three weeks to go, and we’re not slowing down.
"Being out for a whole year, it gives you a different perspective on how much the game means to you."
Rienk Mast learned not to take basketball for granted at Nebraska, a lesson that's driving him in the NBA Summer League with the Pacers.

Another 10+ hours in the gym today, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. We are incredibly thankful to work with so many amazing players, families, and coaches every single day.
20+ years in this game, and I’ve honestly never been more excited about what’s ahead. Some very special news is coming soon. Feeling truly blessed and grateful. 🏀🙏📈
Rienk Mast scores 23 points and 10 rebounds in his third Summer League game against the Raptors.
Mast is now averaging 16.3 PPG, 10 RPG, and 5.3 ORPG (Leads all players in offensive rebounds).
Too many players cut because they’re told to. Great players cut because they understand why.
Basket cuts create layups.
Clear-out cuts open driving lanes.
45° cuts punish help defenders.
Drift cuts create passing windows.
Shake cuts improve spacing after penetration.
Movement without purpose creates congestion. Purposeful movement creates offensive efficiency.
Rienk Mast put up ANOTHER double double in the NBA Summer League, this time against the Toronto Raptors! 🌽
