Still humbled by last night, but this conservative workhorse doesn’t stop.
Wheels up to DC this morning delivering on President Trump’s America First agenda. Serving you in Congress is the honor of a lifetime.
✅Ted Cruz beat Beto.
✅Ken Paxton has already won statewide.
✅Trump won Texas massively three elections in a row.
✅Ken Paxton will beat Talarico easily.
While this was not the outcome we hoped for, I want to thank every voter, volunteer, and supporter who believed in this campaign and gave it everything they had.
This race was powered by hardworking people across Northwest Ohio who stepped up, knocked doors, made calls, and fought for a better future for OH-09.
I’m incredibly proud of the campaign we ran, reaching every corner of this district, from inner-city Toledo to rural towns like Hicksville.
We showed that there is real energy and a real desire for change across OH-09. Thank you to everyone who stood with us and believed in me, a former homeless high school dropout.
Your support is proof that the American Dream is still alive and well, and worth fighting for every single day.
@realgregfanning Doesn’t matter if you like me. It’s the truth and that’s all I speak.
He caused 20K Trump voters to sit it out. Then he spent a year crying about it blaming the Liberterian and me.. when I got him Trumps endorsement.
Exhibit A:
Ousted short-termer John Duarte, a mid-tier GOPe NeverTrump donor—who along with Mike Garcia, I predicted would lose in 2024 as @realDonaldTrump won #CA13 if Republicans didn't nominate @DavidGiglioCA BC he enjoyed superimposed Hispanic vote—now running FAM!
😂🤣😂
I grew up in poverty, overcame homelessness, and spent half a decade not being able to leave my bed.
Tomorrow, I will be on the ballot for Congress.
My story is an American story— and I'm running to give everyone in America a chance to write their own story.
To every Republican in Ohio's 9th District, I humbly ask for your vote.
Much respect for @GenFlynn and @RepLuna, but there’s a lot of gray here.
Van Dyke was using a platform that the U.S. government itself decided it couldn’t cleanly regulate and now the same government is prosecuting him for misusing it.
There is no “insider trading” statute that applies here. Really…
Securities fraud requires a security. Commodities fraud requires a commodity.
What @Polymarket sells are binary event contracts.
If prosecution succeeds, it implicitly legitimizes prediction markets as a venue serious enough to warrant federal fraud prosecution.
Simultaneously they’re arguing that these markets don’t deserve regulatory protection and that exploiting them constitutes federal criminal conduct.
Can’t have both.
Congresswoman @RepLuna , I respect your logic but for those who serve in the military, especially this individual, we hold ourselves to a much higher standard than those in Congress.
Congress should not get away with insider trading nor should you hold office forever (ie., term limits). But this service member placed military lives at severe risk with his foolish decisions.
He should be and likely will be considered for courts-martial and very severe punishment under the UCMJ—a system of government that is wholly different than what we have in our civilian society. It actually holds people accountable and it is generally very fair.
