HEY EVERYBODY.
That great Corden In The Bathroom skit from last night's Tonys?
That's a parody of "Michael In The Bathroom" by @MrJoeIconis from @BeMoreChill.
It's a great tune! https://t.co/GiRyHWWOQi
Now enjoy that skit again w context!

Our uber driver just said she had a Cabbit. A cat-rabbit. I am dead.

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

I was not aware until the damage was done. It’s really unfair. I respect the importance of support and service animals but there needs to be consideration for travelers who are highly allergic.

[United Airlines @united]

@JRocca11 Jenna, we're sorry that this was your experience. We often serve travelers who may travel with pets, service, and emotional support animals. If you become aware that you'll be seated with one of these travelers, please speak with the inflight crew to be accommodated. ^NE

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

@united Not okay.

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

I fly @united always with little complaints but last night’s flight was the worst one of my life. I was having a terrible allergy attack during most of the flight — then learned the row behind me had two cats on board. What is your policy for those who are highly allergic?

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

It was horrible. I discovered this when we were descending & I was already a complete mess. I am JUST starting to feel better today. @united just lost two customers unless they try to rectify the situation!

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

We called to file a complaint and were put on hold for over an hour then was told to submit a complaint online. I expect better customer service.

[United Airlines @united]

@JRocca11 Hey there, Jenna. We're sorry to hear this was your experience. We service many pets in-cabin on many different flights. If there's a traveler who's allergic, they are to immediately make the inflight crew aware so they can accommodate them. ^NE

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

There was a more serious medical emergency on board where they had to ask for a medical professional on board. We didn’t realize the cats were behind us until we were descending and I was well into my attack.

[Jenna Rocca @JRocca11]

@united I respect the importance of therapy animals if that was the case did this couple but I think those allergic should be taken into consideration as well. Maybe a designated area? Regardless this has made the start of my honeymoon pretty terrible.

I decided to give @lordandtaylor's online site another chance since they just updated it, but ONCE again -- cannot complete my order. SO frustrating.
