@DallasAptGP@fortworthchris Curious to see if the City takes advantage of the current zoning re-write to provide development flexibility or framework planning for this rarely seen corner of Dallas. Tons of potential medium to long term if access is improved and a thoughtful PD is laid out.
@hanslorei Look into a more angular aggregate like decomposed granite or crushed limestone that you can incorporate an integral binder into. Pea gravel tends to sink and swell as you walk through it
@hexel_co Streetscape scale is awesome there. Our team is getting ready to kickoff a complete street + open space amenity focused re-positioning of the Quorum Drive corridor just South of there - lots of great momentum in Addison!
@Chasing_the_dr@JWurzak I worked up in KC in the River Market neighborhood just before and after the streetcar came online and the momentum is dizzying
@YIMBYLAND@DowntownDallas is a great source for centralized info and they're recently launched a really incredible platform that helps visualize what's existing, planned, and coming in the future: https://t.co/BGdlJb70JF I'd be happy to connect you with someone on their staff to learn more
@YIMBYLAND I'd love to see Dallas! Between Portman Holdings, Hunt, Matthews Southwest, Kaizen, Hoque Global, Hillwood, Todd Interests, Convention Center, and countless others the entire CBD and surrounding neighborhoods will potentially transform SIGNIFICANTLY in the next 10-15 years.
@DallasAptGP Urban Design and Landscape Architecture here in Dallas. I appreciate the balance of broad spectrum and deep dive content that you share here, man
@nebraskabryce Check out the RFID equipped business card from Linq. I use mine nearly daily and it seems to still draw lots of interest at conferences/networking events.
