@tracyswartz That GOAT refers to the Curse of the Billy Goat, inflicted on the Cubs by Billy Sianis in 1945, after the Cubs would not let him bring his pet goat into Wrigley Field. Sianis supposedly decreed that the Cubs would never win another World Series. The curse was broken in 2016.

Millard Fillmore died 147 years ago today. Cool name, awful politics. He's buried in Buffalo, between his two (non-concurrent) wives. As a favor to my students, I visited his grave on the way to the 1973 ABC Tournament.
