@usertesting, I am getting a " sorry, we seem to be having difficulties" message on the Web app and cannot login. Do you know if this is happening with multiple users? Thanks!
@usertesting I know this is not correct so I think something may have gotten messed up in the back end somewhere. Would you be able to pass this message along to someone who can help? Anything you can do to help with the appreciated?
@usertesting Hi, I was hoping you might be able to help me out. I've reached out to the support staff but have not been able to get any answer. For some reason you no longer allow me to log into my account because it says I have a single sign on.
@usertesting ever since you made the changes to your system this morning, I am receiving no test screeners via email or desktop. I only received the email notifications from 3/13-3/15. Before that only desktop even though I allowed both. Any idea when this will be fixed?
