@Savageboston@CBSNews While it might seem harsh, they are being forced to live up to an obligation they made. You can disagree with the rule(prior to the age of consumption being 21 changed a few years ago…I did with this rule) can’t complain about the outcome
@Savageboston@CBSNews I have coached sports at the high school level and have children. Players are frequently reminded about the rules and contracts with prom and graduation. For a cigar there is one way to get caught, post it to social media forcing action to be taken.
@PatriotsFan10MV@DanKelley66@BConn63@BosHeraldSports@Murray_Jack_ Because they are done with athletics. If you still have a sporting event you live under the MIAA rule. This has happened before and it will happen again. Might not like the rule but it’s clearly spelled out, I suspect it was posted to social media which obligated action
@PatriotsFan10MV@DanKelley66@BConn63@BosHeraldSports@Murray_Jack_ It tradition but the MIAA has a clear rule prohibiting alcohol and tobacco use. It used to be 2 games or 2 weeks. This is told to all athletes as their season starts. Coach should’ve reminded the players of the rule before graduation
@Shade_Musa014@CFC_Dubois Nope, and the club World Cup was a pre season cup this time thru. When we played in the champions league it wasn’t close, let’s love on reality to understand how far we need to go.
@symplyDAPO Players don’t play for the badge, they play for the paycheck. If we let everyone go that had eyes elsewhere, it would be Reece Levi and an u21 team. If you can get good fees, they can leave if not not they stay
@GoldbergCFC While I agree with the list, harsh reality is we likely need to sell Palmer or Pedro due to our financial situation. They are the only ones you will make enough money on their amortized fee value
@Blue_Footy While I hope it true, reality is Barca or Real
Knock for a South American player, the player wants to leave. Chelsea could play hardball, but they will need to balance their books and reset their team. They moved out most of the deadwood with value
