You all need to get your employees on the same page for what your protocol is as far as boarding and checking in for flights. I have never had a worse experience with an airline than I did today with@@SpiritAirlines and they couldn’t even be polite to make up for it.

I then went through TSA and had to sprint to my gate because the checking process took so long (which is why I did it before hand at home... to avoid all this nonsense.) I boarded my flight at 0735. Unfortunately, @SpiritAirlines I wasn’t the only person this happened too.

At my ticket and realized she’d been looking at my next flight out of FLL to SJO and not my flight from ATL to FLL. With not even as much as an apology she took my bag, flung it onto the belt, and told me not to worry about my bag until SJO and told me I could go @SpiritAirlines

I needed to get back in line because she was only accepting flights going to Fort Lauderdale at 0738 (which might I add was my flight) I told her that was my flight and she barked at me that that’s not what my ticket said. The @SpiritAirlines worker then took a second glance...

As you can imagine my irritation with this I was then moved to the front of the line, which made me happy, but only to be told by @SpiritAirlines lady taking the checked bags (very rudely might i add) that I needed to go get back in line because she was only accepting flights...

Necessary and she dismissed me without even listening to my question. So I politely and quietly went back in line to wait. I was then told later by another @SpiritAirlines employee that I was not suppose to wait in that line because I had already done everything online...
