最近 GPT / Codex 大量 overloaded、at capacity、429。 Pro 20x 上很典型的分裂： ChatGPT 对话正常 Work / Codex 完全不可用菲区充值、新号更常见。同一号池、同一 IP、同一代理，有的号正常、有的号挂。更像账号级限流 / 容量降级 / 风控，不是单纯 IP 或指纹。 #openai #codex

Chat 正常、Work/Codex 持��容量不足或 429，优先申诉，别在换 IP 和冷号上耗。申诉可用这段： “I’ve been using GPT for a long time, and only recently started noticing what feels like a real drop in quality or intelligence. I’ve always trusted you guys to provide the level of service and quality users should be able to expect. I also genuinely believe that better collaboration between people and AI can help us do better work and, in some small way, make the world a better place. So, if there’s any chance you can press the ‘back to normal effort/model’ button on your side, I’d be incredibly grateful.”

已测方法： ❌ 静置，最长 48h 仍可能无效 ❌ Tibo 重置、主动重置 ⚠️ 换 IPv6 / VPS / 欧洲非洲 IP，少数人有效 ⚠️ CAP Key + Sub2API 限并发，待验证 ✅ 官方申诉，目前确认有效配额显示 0% 也会报容量。换模型没用。
