@RawnTheNotorius She is a decent defender. Rebounds her own missed layups and has a good motor. Other than that she is a dirty player who acts ratchet.
Here’s 17 minutes of someone actually doing the work on Caitlin Clark’s MVP case.
Seventeen minutes.
In about that amount of game time, Clark can directly create 18+ points for Indiana between her own scoring and assists.
And somehow this is still more statistical examination than we’re likely to hear from a lot of the people...
discussing and eventually voting on the WNBA MVP.
That’s the part I can’t get past.
You can watch the film.
You can look at the creation numbers.
You can study the offense.
You can compare efficiency, playmaking, gravity, team impact, availability, defense, records and historical benchmarks.
Then vote for whoever you believe deserves MVP.
But if Caitlin Clark isn’t seriously in the discussion after doing the research, explain WHY.
Because at this point there are really only two unacceptable possibilities:
You didn’t examine the evidence.
Or you examined it and chose not to discuss it.
Neither is good enough for an MVP vote.
This 17-minute breakdown at least does something remarkably simple:
IT LOOKS AT THE RECEIPTS.
And that’s all we’ve been asking people to do.
The game leaves receipts. 🧾✓

@espn Easy to do when you are grabbing your own misses. Her shooting % tells the real story. She gets her double-doubles usually to her team's detriment. Point-rebound doubles doubles should come with an asterisk. They are unskilled compares to point/assist.
And for what it is worth, I AM genuinely sorry for unintentionally sharing a bad stat. My producers and I should have caught that before posting and will do better moving forward.
My “idc” is directed at those attacking my character, my abilities and my value in this space.
Me having to log back into X to say…this was a simple misspeak. The stat was that she broke the LYNX rookie single assist record, not WNBA. I had done 2 podcasts before this one & simply misspoke. I am not racist, and I don’t hate CC. You can think whatever else past that, idc.
@michelles2cool@itszenakeita shouldn't be doing podcasts and have a job doing anything with the W. Neither of those two can be objective. Everything they say is driven by bias.
