@BrettErickson28@m4h007 It cannot. A naval blockade is one of the most intensive operations a navy can do. It’s hard on ships and crew, as we’ve seen. The navy was already backed up on maintenance before this. They do not have enough ships or the facilities to refit them if this lasts long
