What James Talarico does is intentionally deceive Christians to do wicked, godless, demonic things.
This is one of the most bizarre and evil pro-ab*rtion arguments I've ever heard.
Ron DeSantis barely won his first governor's race in a puple Florida with a squishy purple legislature.
Today it is a solid-red freedom factory.
This is what one good Republican governor can accomplish if they actually do what they campaign on.
So sad South Carolina can't be like this.
Many of these people would genocide us if they could get away with it. Never forget that. And they’d turn right around and pretend to be tolerant lovers of diversity and democracy without even a hint of irony or consideration that they might be the bad guys in this story. Evil.
The left is not hiding the ball
The plan is a total ideological purge, a totalitarian crackdown that will make the Biden years look like a gentle fairy tale
Politics has become existential, snap out of your Mr.Smith Goes to Washington delusion immediately or pay the price
Ralph Norman stands out with one of the strongest conservative records in the SC GOP governor primary.
As a House Freedom Caucus member since 2017, GovTrack ranked him the most conservative House member in the 117th Congress. He votes against big-spending bills, pushes fiscal restraint, and holds 100% pro-life/pro-2A positions.
His businessman background and "clean up Columbia" platform frame him as an outsider to the establishment—unlike some current officeholders.
Other candidates have records too, but Norman's congressional voting history and caucus role give him the edge on consistency for limited government.

🚨New @ClemsonUniv president supported tenure at UNC for author of the debunked 1619 Project—that argued the Revolution was fought to preserve slavery.
“Professor Hannah-Jones will add great value to our University. Our students are eager to learn from her”
-Kevin Guskiewicz
Unbelievable that @ClemsonUniv jumped from the frying pan into the fire on woke DEI.
This is why we have been calling for change. Clemson isn't your mom's All-American school anymore.
The Board must be held accountable for this terrible pick.
WATCH: Our campaign released a NEW AD today highlighting my background as a businessman and the need for someone with my experience to get our state back on track!
@lonetater@TheDarkHorse177 Hey can say the candidate names but are prohibited from wearing or giving out candidate flyers and such. Also they can’t give out food/beverages to those in line.
Redistricting is effectively dead in South Carolina for 2026.
Frankly, this effort should have been pursued much earlier in the year — before voters were already casting ballots.
Below is a video from February when @MaceMcGrath, Berkeley GOP Chairman, Sharon Carter, Chairwoman of the Bamberg County GOP, and I testified in support of H.4717 during a subcommittee hearing.
At that point, precedent had already been established in other states and through other court rulings. The difference was that the White House had not yet become engaged in the issue.
By waiting until the very end of the legislative session, we created serious legal and logistical risks: votes potentially being invalidated, elections thrown into uncertainty, maps tied up in court, and in the case of the 1st Congressional District, a potential cloud hanging over whoever wins on June 9th.
When John McGrath and I passed resolutions through our county parties, we brought the issue before the SCGOP Executive Committee seeking a vote.
Unfortunately, it was never even allowed out of the Resolutions Committee for full consideration. We were told by party insiders that we were wasting our time.
Fighting for the people of the impoverished 6th District is never a waste of time.
Other states that successfully pursued mid-decade redistricting did so with proper planning, significant lead time, and executive leadership — including Governor DeSantis calling a special session months in advance.
As voters evaluate candidates this primary season, my hope is that they support leaders that have courage and are willing to do what is right — even when it may not be politically easy or immediately popular.
We could’ve gotten the ball rolling on this in February when my bill (H 4717) received a hearing.
We could’ve started this process 2 days earlier after Calais, but House leadership demanded a new bill be filed, not mine.
Now the subsequent motion to continue the bill (rule below): motion adopted 26-18.
They kill it without killing it, essentially, moving it to next session.
Special session now adjourned.
Early voting starts today!
I’m enthusiastically supporting my friend, Congressman Ralph Norman for Governor. He has the integrity, boldness, and experience to lead our state.
SC is a conservative state. It’s far past time we had a governor that represents that.
Vote Ralph!
