[ADVISORY] The Provincial Government of Rizal suspends classes in all levels tomorrow, Nov. 12, 2020 due to the intensifying typhoon Ulysses. Rizal Province is now placed under TCWS #3.

As of 11 pm on October 25, the Provincial Governor has suspended classes in the Province of Rizal, Rizal is now placed under Signal Number 2.
