🚨 New working paper from @david_blazar, Danett Song, @RamonGoings, @jsplasman, and @magottfried on CTE teaching pathways out now! Findings suggest lower barriers to entry into CTE teaching may explain larger shares of Black teachers in CTE versus out of CTE (in Maryland).
