Trump has halted or dropped enforcement actions against 160+ corporations, including:
-42 consumer protection cases at CFPB
-20 foreign bribery cases at DOJ
-6 employment discrimination cases at EEOC
-7 crypto cases at SEC
It's a new golden age for corporate criminals.
A worker making $50,000 a year contributes to Social Security on 100% of their income.
A CEO making $20 million a year contributes to Social Security on less than 1% of their income.
Anyone think it’s time to scrap the cap?
The Governor of Texas is threatening to remove democratically elected officials from office because they have refused to rig an election for Donald Trump.
United States of America, 2025.
The US economy, once the envy of the world, quickly ground to a halt in a matter of months after Trump took office. It was a predictable outcome, as economists and experts had warned that enacting broad tariffs would lead to job losses and increased inflation.
What is shocking is that, according to 2024 exit polls, the top issue for Trump voters was the economy.
There is nothing about Trump's history that suggests he understands economics. His wealth, aside from the crypto bribes and money he earned from selling subpar, often tacky, products to his supporters, was inherited. Trump's list of failed businesses fills an entire page, and he was convicted of falsifying business records 34 times. His last presidency was marked by the decline of manufacturing in the US, a loss of total jobs, growing income inequality, and rapidly rising debt.
So why did so many people vote for Trump if they wanted a better economy? They've been repeatedly lied to.

There is no conceivable way that the head of the BLS could have manipulated this number. The numbers are in line with what we're seeing from all kinds of private sector sources. This is the stuff of democracies giving way to authoritarianism. @ThisWeekABC with George Stephanopoulos
Trump hasn’t cut drug prices by even 1%, let alone “1500%”. He told drug companies on Truth Social to cut their prices. They didn’t. End of story. This was also his plan to end the war in Ukraine - by posting “Vladimir Stop!” on Truth Social. It’s also how he handles trade.
How can anyone trust anything that emerges from the BLS when the person in charge of the agency will almost certainly have to come up with data to Trump’s liking?
Answer: They cannot.
Trump has destroyed the credibility of this extraordinarily important source of information.
The man who just fired the head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics because their numbers supposedly weren’t accurate just claimed that he lowered drug prices in America by 1500%.
Everybody has been baffled by this story from Trump last week where he claimed his Uncle John taught Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber, at MIT. Kaczynksi didn't go to MIT and John Trump died long before he was identified as the Unabomber. So...where did that come from? (1/2)
It's important for Americans to be reminded that Epstein took the fifth when asked if he and Trump were together around underage girls.
And who was it that said if you plead the 5th, that makes you guilty? Right! It was Donald Trump.
It's outrageous. Blanche is representing Trump, not the Department of Justice. And Trump has already made it clear he will use the official powers of his office to get away with any and all corruption and criminal conduct.
Trump whose business claim to fame is six bankruptcies hands piece of paper to a guy running our money supply who instantly sees that Trump doesn't know what he's talking about.
Just remember...there was absolutely nothing normal about the United States Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, meeting with Ghislaine Maxwell. Nothing. Not by protocol. Not by precedent. Not by any stretch of the imagination.
And just so we’re clear, this is *exactly* why the Special Counsel regulations exist.
A Trump appointee (who was previously his defense attorney) is now conducting an investigation that directly implicates Trump.
That is a blatant conflict of interest.

He's using the presidency to generate cash, lots of it, but nobody seems to care.
