I disagree with the claim that Nvidia got lucky with AI. To some degree the hype is a strike of luck but Nvidia has cornered the parallel computing market by building CUDA and popularizing it across many domains (robotics, gaming, ML, GenAI, CV, Big Data)

Just read Microsoft’s LongRoPE2 research paper, and I’m blown away! Extending context length efficiently without costly re-training is a game-changer for LLMs.

@KennethCassel I use Chick-Fil-A as an example all the time when discussing industrial automation. They have optimized the drive-through experience! ⏩I also love that they use K8s on Intel NuC HW to run each store software.
