I would assume they have enough practitioners, qualified pros but resources enough means a lot more... like the cost of the projects that they can run.

@Mayerz Raid 5? Not always the best solution. Maybe the Raid level has to be chosen in the context of other things such as the overall budget, how the disk health will be monitored, a sparing system, potential recovery cost and MTTR.
