@British_Airways You might want to make it clearer in the emails that go out promoting your Overnight Bag Drop service that all members of the family need to be present. I just almost got turned away as I went on my own to ensure my 2 year old didn’t have to queue in the morning.

@British_Airways That may be the case, but my point was that you may want to make that clear on the email that goes out encouraging people to bag drop the night before. Also, it turns out BA can just change them all into one name (I had 3 bags), which is what your staff did for me.

Luckily me, and another lady in the same position, complained to the desk staff and after consulting with their manager they allowed us to put all the bags in one name and make the drop. I imagine there will be plenty more in the same position.

Looked at home on the bike very quickly, with no testing.
