🚀 Innovation was on full display at the Armsdale Test & Learn Facility!

Team JTA had the pleasure of welcoming students from The Abyssinia R.E.A.C.H. Academy for an interactive day of learning and discovery. Students toured the facility, explored innovative mobility technologies, and worked together to design and build bridges during a fun engineering challenge.

Earlier this week, the JTA partnered with SHINE, LLC, a youth empowerment organization, and Sanctuary on 8th Street, a nonprofit after-school and summer program for at-risk youth, to introduce students to NAVI, the U²C Program, and the future of autonomous mobility. 📚☀️

Students learned about emerging technologies, discovered how innovation is shaping the future of mobility, and explored how they can help drive what's next.

The JTA recently visited @1FleetLanding in Atlantic Beach to discuss how autonomous mobility is transforming public transportation and improving how people connect to the places, services, and people who matter most.

During the presentation, JTA CEO Nat Ford introduced residents to NAVI, the U²C Program, and the future of autonomous transportation. The discussion highlighted how innovative mobility solutions can enhance safety, improve accessibility, and provide greater independence and connectivity for people of all ages.

If you're traveling with us today, please note that Fixed Route service is operating on a Sunday schedule, ReadiRide is not in service, and our Customer Service team is available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. All other JTA services, including the St. Johns River Ferry, are operating on their regular schedules.
