@samtomkins @British_Airways I’m not sure I ever “accepted” the voucher. I tried to call for weeks and couldn’t get through then after my flight I continued to call without luck and only after I got a voucher sent to me did anyone respond only to say “no refund, you have a voucher” 🤔
