Jesus watched you take that pill tonight.

Jesus watched you take that drink.

Jesus watched you put that needle in your arm.

Jesus watched you break another promise to yourself and your family.

"Jesus is watching you" is what "Christians" will say to make you feel guilty. To make you feel unworthy.

But you know what Jesus said?

Matthew 11:28-30

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

John 8:34-36

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

John 5:5

"And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

Yes. Jesus saw you give in to weakness today. He watched. He saw you fight it, and he saw you lose.

But he didn't turn away from you. He'll be there tomorrow if you ask him to help. He's not going to guilt you. He's not going to make you fear him.

Lay it at his feet and be healed. If he didn't mean it, he wouldn't have said it.

You may have lost today, but you aren't done. Tomorro2 is a new day to try again.
