@HiltonHotels I’m at HW suites sea wall blvd and paying premium per night and the front desk can’t deliver a blanket to my room. Told me to come and pick it up at front desk. I’m telling you Hilton I can stay anywhere and I expect better. Also guess Diamond level means nothing.
