@virginmedia . This is now the 5th day waiting in for @virginmedia to visit and resume wifi tv and telephone . 9 missed appointments. Brick wall customer service policy. Incredibly poor customer service. Please folks ..my opinion is my own.. do not sign up for this company.. 😕
