Author. Christian Apologist. Servant of the Apex Protector (Jesus, the Great Shepherd). Former wolf, now a sheep among wolves, for the glory of His name.
I truly believe the internet is the world’s largest missionary field, as much as I equally believe it does not replace face-to-face sharing of the Gospel nor living a Godly life to witness to a watching world. All of these aspects matter.
When the church shows “grace” to an abuser in response to a few approved words and some tears we have done added damage to the victim, risked the safety of others and left the abuser with a disease that will rot his/her soul.
According to all the people spreading a false works-based Gospel, who think water baptism is a requirement for salvation (which is heresy), everyone who was on their deathbed and believed the Gospel (1 Cor 15:1-4 KJV) by faith alone are not saved because they did not take a bath getting water baptized…
Do you see the lunacy of this? If you have to take a bath being water baptized, then all deathbed conversions are lost. Think! Read scripture in context.
Pray to GOD to show you the truth, the simplicity in Christ Jesus. GOD did not make salvation difficult because he desires all to be saved showing the love, grace, mercy, and power of GOD. A spiritual baptism takes place the moment one believes the Gospel.
Salvation had always been by grace through faith alone from OT to NT. The Thief on the Cross was a perfect example of someone who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and was saved right then and there. No water baptism, no works of his own of any kind, just simple childlike faith.
@Jordanunbroken2 Sure, though obviously without actual information it’s difficult to suggest anything pragmatic. Feel free to DM me if you’d like to speak or call, brother. Always glad to listen and encourage as best as one man can.
Every time we treat someone with dignity rather than shame, respect rather than disregard, concern rather than exploitation, kindness rather than brutality and careful attention rather than turning away – we are doing things that are the reverse of trauma and evil.
@Jordanunbroken2 [John 13: 16 "Truly, truly I say to you, a slave is not greater than his master, nor is [a]one who is sent greater than the one who sent him."]. I will be praying for you, brother! Do not lose heart in this war we are in until He returns!
@Jordanunbroken2 That does NOT mean avoiding healthy boundary setting, yet instead knowing He forgives me for so much, and He suffered more offenses than any of us ever will. Sometimes, we often do not want to remember this primary tenet of following after Him:
@TonySmith7MD [Galatians 5: 1, 13 “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; stand firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery. You were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, serve one another through love.”]
‘You know Jews hate Christians right? Why do you support them?’
Because I live according to Scripture and I take God at His word.
Despite all their wickedness throughout their existence and their disdain towards Christ and His followers, God still loves them and has a plan for them.
I serve a God that is faithful to His word and His love for His people. If He keeps His word in spite of them, I know He’ll keep His promises to me.
If it is important to God, then it is important to me!
@Kavon1981@DianeLangberg “As above, so below”… so, Islam now is Hermeticism? Alert, indeed! If so, that’s the issue with a religion where the texts are six-hundred years separated from the “author”.
Never demean the occurrences of ordinary human life or see them as interferences in some “big work”. It is in just those ordinary places, far more than the public, lifted up places, that the life of Christ is to be made manifest.
@TheIronPilled It's not as simple as women being out of their minds enough to be attracted to evil men on purpose. Evil men are the most manipulative, charismatic, charming characters. They use these as magnets to lure women. Women need to understand charm is a HUGE red flag & be repelled.
I encourage women to be careful, keep God first and seek His direction on finding spouses.
Suddenly, spirits flare up at me, accusing me of saying all men are bad, accusing me of blaming & shaming men. 🤦🏾♀️
Again, confirmation that women need to be very careful & careful 🙏🏾
This feels like a more purposeful and profitable contagion to focus our attention (“false worship”) on, if we aren’t to abide by [Colossians 3: 2 “Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on Earth.”] as humanity. Though I pray we do…
Could they just try a new strategy, rather than rehash the same lame one? Also, Musk should do something about this I.P. theft! He had the branding first, and Twitter is enough of a disease as is without copy cats.
In 2000 years, we've never learned how to do mission in a place that was post-Christian rather than pre-Christian. If you're in ministry, it's going to take all of your life to help the church figure out how to do this.
To practice Sabbath is a disciplined and faithful way to remember that you are not the one who keeps the world running, who provides for your family, not even the one who keeps your work projects moving forward.
