@FlyFrontier strikes again. My son was confirmed on F9 2825 from RSW to CVG this morning. He got to the airport and the flight doesn’t exist and the airline desk is unattended! They never cease to amaze me with new lows in customer service.

@CVGairport @FlyFrontier It was Frontier 1063, CVG direct to MCO on 2 Dec. Biggest complaint is lack of communication at the gate. Flight was cancelled after 21 hour delay. They booked an 18:05 with Delta, have a 3 hr layover in ATL. Will reach MCO at 12:20 am, 25 hours after original schedule.

Four of my adult children are sitting at @CVGairport waiting for a @FlyFrontier flight to Orlando. They were supposed to leave last night, pp until today, at CVG all day, still no flight. Poor service.

I now prepare to send UAMTF 332-2 to support the country facing the ravages of this COVID 19 Global Pandemic. The 332nd Medical Brigade soldiers have answered the call through many wars, and this war is no different. When the nation calls, my Medical Warriors will always answer!

There are no words to say how proud I am of this group of soldiers and those who supported them in this mobilization. MAJ Velazquez and SSG Pena led this talented and dedicated Task Force in true Army fashion. I am in awe of these soldiers, and many more across the Army Reserve.
