YT Algorithm: I notice you've been watching a lot of old mecha anime and military demonstrations, here's a random post from the Garten of Banban community:
Are on-the-spectrum kids the only ones that use those YouTube communities? I'll just be browsing and YT will be like "here's a post from the Tellietubby creepypasta OC community" like wtf would indicate that that's something I'm interested in seeing??
Meanwhile my average handgun reload shows a nice silhouette of the gun, even most of the grip and shooting clearly shows it operating as the whole slide moves -- I JUST REALLY LIKE THE LITTLE THINGS, OKAY? >:U
the most visually interesting rifle reload I've ever recorded was me getting pissed at malfunctions and throwing the mag on the ground, otherwise reloads are just barrel & handguard and shooting is like 80% optic in view lol
mi hot take -
Rifles visually suck in first person; a quarter of the gun is never seen, operation is walled off by one side of the gun, even reloads tend to do a poor job actually displaying the gun. It's one of the reasons I like handguns so much

Rifles are a lot more powerful ofc but I'm thinking specifically like lengthy range day stuff, like I really should shoot it more but it's gonna seriously necessitate some low round count drills cuz the price of 9mm and especially 22LR is much more attractive ( > ω > )
Having a really hard time justifying rifle stuff in my head when a PCC or rimfire rifle make more sense, like the only counter-argument I can really come up with is like "the rounds look cool" ( óωò;)
Had a dream about a game where you would walk around different floors of a simulated building, tasked with eliminating anomalies. The big giveaway of an anomaly being oddly specific responses to interaction.
