@kroger let's talk about Kroger's "customer experience". Placed an order for pickup 3 days before the bad weather gets here. System says modifications until 4 am the day before. We are notified some items are out so we go in before to make changes. The system cancels the order
. We call to find out and they say it's a 'rare and ongoing' issue. So we ask to have the order reinstated so we can pick it up. Told they can't do it and we have to replace it. Guess what? Nothing for 5 days. But it's okay cuz after 20 minute on the phone , no order before the
