If you are relocating to Canada 🇨🇦 from Nigeria 🇳🇬 and don’t know which city to pick, let me save you the research.
🇨🇦 Toronto = 🇳🇬 Lagos. Same hustle. Same traffic on Don Valley Parkway. You didn’t relocate, you just changed currency.
🇨🇦 Ottawa = 🇳🇬 Abuja. Government jobs. Quiet life. People leave work at 5pm. Still can’t believe that’s legal.
🇨🇦 Vancouver = 🇳🇬 Port Harcourt. Beautiful. By the water. Everything is expensive and nobody is sorry about it.
🇨🇦 Calgary = 🇳🇬 Warri. Oil and gas. Tough people. No time for packaging. What you see is what you get.
🇨🇦 Brampton = 🇳🇬 Festac/Surulere. Every Nigerian knows someone there. The jollof, the churches, the hair salons. You will think you never left.
🇨🇦 Winnipeg = 🇳🇬 Kaduna. Overlooked. Affordable. Getting better quietly. Nobody talks about it enough.
🇨🇦 Montreal = 🇳🇬 Ibadan. Old soul. Rich culture. Speaks a different language and is very proud of that. You will adapt or struggle.
🇨🇦 Edmonton = 🇳🇬 Enugu. Solid. Underestimated. People work hard and say nothing about it.
@YinkaTinuade@Szymansk_ii Which subsidy? What's there any subsidy in the first place?
If you claim the subsidy removal was a blessing, then how has it impacted the Nigerian economy?
Where is the subsidy money going to now?
So why does the government keep borrowing money?
Abeg!!! Second base jaree
@X_humblesoul@1danfulcreation Wow!! Criteria & Standards....
And that's why they are suffering for choosing tinubu as no hope of consistent education in there region.
Dear Nigerians,
Do you remember those ungrateful Labour Party lawmakers who won their elections riding on Obidient Wave, & later defected to the APC?
The ruling party has denied them their tickets. Like sore losers, they have crawled back to join the NDC. They hope to ride on Peter Obi’s popularity after betraying the Movement.
Now PAY ATTENTION!
Because below are the names of those very unfortunate lawmakers that rode on Obidient Wave & later decamped to the APC. They actually think that we are stupid? Now they will understand why we are called the Mob
There will be no top to bottom this time!
The Obidients will decide who will be in that National Assembly. There is no forgiveness in politics because lives are at stake. Hunger is involved. Families are involved. Joblessness is at stake. Japa is at stake. If it’s forgiveness you seek, you should visit the nearest church.
Those who abandoned Nigerians (at the point of our needs) to party & lounge with the Enemy, will be punished at the polls. We are not the devilish APC, we are not politicians either.
None of us is your slave. The names you see below will fail fantastically. Mark their names, the NDC should note that these are “Persona non grata,” they won’t have our votes this time. We don't want to associate with any of them.
We will use them as scapegoats to set a very big example. We are going to teach them the lesson of their lives. They will serve as perfect examples, a constant reminder to others that treachery won’t go unpunished. Those who work against Nigerians will receive their reward
We own you, you don’t own us. You are our servants & not the other round. NEVER AGAIN!

My wife and I have been married for 30 years. I’m 63 this year and worked as a financial analyst at JPMorgan Chase. During my retirement party, my daughter told me she wanted to learn about investing, so I started writing a simple investment guide for her. My wife suggested that I share this guide for free on Threads. If you’re interested in investing, please like and follow. Hope this guide can be useful to you.
Lol. There are many ways to stand up for one’s friend, this is not one of those ways please.
You don’t blame Messi for scoring repeatedly and assisting goals for fun, as you don’t criticise a plane for flying and landing smoothly. For them to do otherwise would be the issue.
Everyone who sits opposite Mehdi Hasan knows exactly what is coming. When you get into the ring with the Iron Mike Tyson, you can’t be shocked he is trying to knock you out with a right uppercut or a short right hook. You know it will come. You know it is the nature of the animal. Whether or not you are prepared for it is another thing. And not to know is also on you.
It wasn’t hostility in the same way a Messi hat-trick isn’t wickedness and a plane in flight isn’t witchcraft, and a Tyson barrage of blows, uppercuts and hooks isn’t wickedness, it was just Mehdi Hasan being Mehdi Hasan. His greatest strength? Research. Something available to all his guests.
He had 6 months to prepare. Half of a year. Some Olympic athletes don’t get that much time to prepare.
I should also add, against Daniel Bwala, Hasan was his most considerate self. He was the nicest version of his true self. I guess because he realised he didn’t have to do much.
We can stand with our friends and still let them know what battles to avoid. Mehdi Hassan couldn’t have been more professional in that interview. A wicked journalist, as unimaginable as this sounds, would have done more damage.
The lesson here is, amidst several others, we must consider moderation in all we do, whatever sides we find ourselves. I chose not to engage this issue because I saw too many people kick down on Daniel Bwala and I had nothing good to say about his presence on that show, but one cannot watch whilst, in the midst of all that you could have contributed, you chose to blame a man for doing his job.
Please sir, don’t do this again. Let’s not blame Messi for being Messi. Such is the nature of the beast. And so shall it be, until he retires.
This is the concrete pillar separating Ghana and Ivory Coast in the border town of Badukrom.
These two guys are shaking hands; one is in Ivory Coast, and the other is in Ghana.
The house you see on the other side is built by a man who wants to live in both countries.
There are also houses on the Ghana side with toilets on the Ivory Coast side of the border.
The chicken you see is from Ghana, on its way to visit its boyfriend in Ivory Coast 😂😂
Death awaits those who rise at night to urinate...
Recently, a doctor posted this important message on social media. Therefore, it is very important to read it as soon as possible and pass it on, because by doing this, many sudden deaths can be prevented. Get up to urinate or for any other purpose and stand up suddenly, which reduces the blood supply to the brain. Leaving the bed too soon does not complete the blood supply to the brain and the heartbeat stops.
And a heart attack occurs. To avoid this, follow the 1/2 x 3 minute advice:- 1- When you wake up, lie on the bed for the first 1/2 minute, 2- Sit on the bed for the next 1/2 minute, 3-Then get out of bed. Sit on the cot/bed for 1/2 minute with legs hanging down. Thus, 1/2 x 3 minutes of exercise will reduce the risk of blood loss to the brain, which will minimize the risk of heart attack/cardiac arrest and premature death.

@sammieking77@ejykmykel1 The word is "Village Boyz movement", not "igbo boyz movement", so there is nothing in it that makes it an igbo thing.... If you reside in the village, igbo,Yoruba & Hausa etc. then you are a village boy. So my brother, you are the one seeing it that way.
