Put down the phone; get off the couch.
Being loyal is overrated.
Most people are so loyal to their old self that they lose sight of who they are becoming.
And who you are becoming isn't tied to the work you do.

Use my watch when necessary while I’m sitting at the desk working.
And then use my phone at night.
Felt more relaxed at night when not using my phone all day.
Taking one swing a year so big it makes you physically sick with anxiety...
That is the key to outsized success.
Most people will never do it.
That's why you will win.
