Latur, Maharashtra Police !
Are we waiting for people to die at the hands of such Police Officers ?
When are we going to say enough is enough ?
The role of the traffic police is to regulate traffic, enforce road safety, and issue penalties (challans) for violations.
They do not have the authority to inflict physical punishment on citizens. Any act of physical violence by an officer is a violation of the law and human rights.
Right to Due Process: If a rider fails to stop, the legal recourse for the police is to note the vehicle's registration number, track the owner, and issue a challan or summon the individual to court.
Exactly!
Why the heck are cops suddenly coming in front of bikes? What are they snatching his keys? What's the idea? Do they think they are in a Dhoom movie?
Their power is to cancel DLs and cut challans.
They can do it without stopping anyone - literally click a photo of the plate, send an e-challan.
Use a handheld camera to capture photos.
We are living in a world of AI and VR and acting as if this is some altruism by the cop - he is simply stopping the guy to collect money!
Everything the traffic police did here is UNLAWFUL.
Turns out it is a very common SOP amongst Police Officers to pull over bikes
This might sound very controversial but cops should not jump in front of moving vehicles and then use force for not obeying their command
Drumroll - that still doesn't give the policemen any right to push the motorist.
Whatever your views, no one deserves to get into an accident (or worse) due to a greed ridden traffic policemen who only wants to collect hafta.
He could have simply sent an e-challan. That's his only power. Nothing else.
Young boys grow up hearing:
"protect women.โ
"respect women.โ
"provide for women."
"never hurt women."
Meanwhile nobody teaches:
how women should treat men.
Cold reality
@DeepikaBhardwaj@SaveIndianMen85 My only gripe is reality in jail is even worse than what's shown in the movie.
And the courts behave worse than what's shown in the movie.
#Bandar depicts only 20-30% of what actually happens. The reality is more evil.
This guy has been fired from Job
Meanwhile :
Nikita Singhania continues to work with Accenture
Shilpa Shinde is openly saying Jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo
Judge Rita Kaushik got promoted
Jasleen Kaur is chilling in Canada
Hitesha Chandranee has daily brand deals
EQUALITY ๐คก
@pramod0 And that gives the policemen right to throw him off a running bike? Is challan more important than a person's life?
He could have simply filed an e-challan.
He threw the guy becuase they wanted MONEY.
The Guy who made โน370 joke has been fired from his company
Meanwhile Nikita Singhaniya Who Harassed, S*xually Assualted, Tortured, K!lled his Husband is Freely Working in a Company
Female Privileges are REAL
Almost every cop in India does this to extort money. A drop in the ocean get caught, but they are sent on suspension and come back after a few months/years.
Public memory is short.
@riya_dia The rider has the right to run away.
The officer has the right to pursue or issue a challan.
Neither has the right to be physically aggressive over the other.
@riya_dia That still doesnt give the officer right to push the rider. Law gives the officer the right to pursue, send a challan. This should not become a life or death situation.
Use some brains.
Hey @sgrhindia - how shameless can you be suing a person who's father died under your care, and he simply narrated his story ?
What a pitiful hospital, full of shameful administrators who thought this is the right way to manage crisis !
Pathetic.
Help me pay Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (@sgrhindia) โน50 crore. ๐
One of india's richest hospital is "emotionally devastated" so they sent me a โน50,00,00,000 defamation notice.
Apparently killing my father wasn't enough. Now they want fifty crore too.
