I booked a flight on @SouthwestAir using the @Apple Pay feature and was charged 3 times for one flight! @USAA will not refund my funds and SW agent blames @AppleSupport . Give me my money back!

@USAA_help and @SouthwestAir has poor customer service. @SouthwestAir did not feel obligated to resolve this. @USAA_help Tells me their “process” is to wait for it to fall off! The transaction was on Wednesday! I am tired of being on hold! Give me back my money!
