i’m long Sable - just sharing information and highlighting risks. Similar things happened before where a fire marshal public hearing was promised before state waiver, but never happened.

1. restart is a violation of CCC PI, for reasons above
2. CDP is one of the necessary permits, especially given the ongoing litigation and PI
@MidwestHedgie@Seawolfcap@PhilMickelson 2. The EDC PI stated “all necessary permits” are required before restarting the pipeline. It’s unclear whether CDP is required or not. Even the consent degree doesn’t preclude other necessary permits.
