Dear community,
Following feedback from the community, we are moving to a more structured update format.
The goal is to make it clearer what is already live, what is actively being executed, what is in structured development, and what remains part of the broader long-term vision.
Going forward, we want to improve clarity, hierarchy, and transparency so the community can better distinguish between delivered milestones, active workstreams, and future direction.
A significant amount of work has been and is happening behind the scenes. The foundation continues to strengthen, the product stack is expanding, and the commercial pipeline is moving in the right direction.
1. Live Now
Discord is now one of our official communication hubs. We are officially expanding to Discord as one of our main communication hubs. This move allows us to build a more structured, secure, and scalable community experience. Discord gives us significantly more flexibility as we grow. It enables better organization through dedicated channels instead of one crowded feed, stronger security through role-based access, better real-time tracking for updates, activity, and integrations, and more room to scale across support, analytics, alpha groups, and future community initiatives.

2. Active Execution Marketing Our broader marketing work is actively underway. A full marketing package is being prepared to support partners, investors, community members, affiliates, and business development efforts with stronger narratives, clearer product explanations, visuals, and campaign-ready materials.
We are also preparing a new wave of AMAs. These will be more structured, more transparent, and more focused on giving the community a clear understanding of what is being built, what is coming next, and how the RWAINC token fits into the ecosystem.
In parallel, we are advancing broader marketing initiatives across community growth, social media, thought leadership, investor communication, product education, partner visibility, and ecosystem storytelling.
Our website and general corporate materials, including the investor deck, are also being optimized.
Sales and Dubai
Dubai remains the most important part of our global expansion strategy. We are actively positioning RWA INC as infrastructure for real-world asset tokenization, investor access, and global capital formation. Dubai remains one of the strongest markets globally for real estate, innovation, digital assets, and international capital.
We believe RWA INC can play a meaningful role in connecting that market with global investors through compliant and scalable on-chain infrastructure. Initial meetings with the Dubai government have already been successful, and substantial work is now being prepared for the next stage based on the strong feedback received. Our ambition is clear: RWA INC wants to provide the investment infrastructure capable of channeling institutional capital into tier-one opportunities in Dubai. We now have agreements and technology in place that strengthen our ability to execute on this direction, in dialogue with the Dubai government and in close cooperation with the Sheikh team.
Deal Flow
On the commercial side, deal flow continues to increase. We are seeing growing interest from projects, asset owners, partners, and potential clients who recognize that tokenization is moving from concept into execution. Our focus remains on filtering, structuring, prioritizing, and converting the strongest opportunities into real ecosystem value.
3. Structured Development Licenses and Regulatory Development with numerous agreements now in place, an important milestone has been reached. Through partners, we are now in a position to support and promote securities-related offerings. This is a meaningful step forward for the company. At the same time, we continue our dialogue with the regulator in El Salvador. This remains an important part of our broader licensing and regulatory strategy. El Salvador has positioned itself as one of the more forward-looking jurisdictions in digital assets, and we are working carefully and professionally to make sure this path is handled correctly. We cannot yet disclose everything, but we can say that a major announcement is in preparation and is expected to further strengthen the foundation of RWA INC across tokenization, fundraising, regulatory expansion, and ecosystem growth.
Products
Our blockchain work continues as part of the long-term infrastructure vision. We are building toward a future where real-world assets, investor onboarding, compliance, liquidity, and token utility can operate in a more connected and efficient environment.
We are also advancing our tokenized stocks offering, which we believe can become one of the strongest categories in the broader tokenization market.
The ability to provide traditional market exposure in a more accessible, digital, and global format is a major opportunity.
One important part of that vision is enabling access to tokenized stocks through RWA INC even beyond traditional market hours.
We are also continuing development around our broader expansion product, designed to support distribution, user activation, and ecosystem growth by making it easier for users, partners, agents, and communities to participate in campaigns and claim opportunities connected to the RWA INC ecosystem.
In addition, work continues on the marketing pool, which is intended to support wider visibility, growth campaigns, community incentives, and strategic promotional activity.
Strong products require strong distribution, and we are building the mechanisms needed to scale awareness more effectively.
4. Longer-Term Vision
RWA INC is building toward a connected ecosystem where real-world asset tokenization, investor onboarding, compliance, liquidity, fundraising infrastructure, and token utility work together at scale. Our long-term objective is not simply to launch isolated products, but to create a complete investment infrastructure layer capable of connecting asset owners, investors, regulators, and global capital flows through a stronger and more accessible digital framework. The direction remains clear: build real infrastructure, expand responsibly, strengthen regulatory positioning, deepen product capability, and create a stronger ecosystem around RWAINC.

Community Update
Hi all,
Here is a broader update on several of the key areas currently moving across RWA INC as we continue transforming the company into its next phase.
Mr. Farhan Qadir is now back in Dubai and ready to help activate our major government-facing strategy in support of our local real estate developer offerings.
Paris Blockchain Week was a strong success. We expanded our project portfolio by more than $350 million USD in assets, primarily within private equity, and the VC TEA concept delivered strongly.
We are still awaiting the final signatures tied to the major news we teased a few days ago. Once everything is fully executed, our community will be the first to know.
We are also scaling heavily on marketing. Over the coming period, you can expect a new updated website with all new products included, a Discord launch and growth strategy, and stronger thought-leader content across social media with affiliate marketing included.
We can also confirm that a lead investor has been secured for our own fundraise.
Our interns continue to impress with high-level deliveries across multiple departments and remain a strong support to the core team.
We are also preparing to reveal a surprise product designed to make the RWAINC token accessible to anyone, anywhere, with a teaser planned for the upcoming AMA.
At the same time, the TV dummy is in finalization, and we expect to soon reveal more of the global concept behind it.
We also expect to share news on El Salvador soon.
A lot is moving at once, and we are pushing forward across government strategy, fundraising, product, media, marketing, and global expansion.
