@Airtel_Presence Shared with you and advise you to review the whole email chain with 121 as well as my call to your customer care center immediately after the mistaken purchase.
@airtelindia - I activated a pack by mistake, a single click activation and I clicked by mistake. Within 2 mins, called your customer service to reverse the purchase, there was zero usage. The answer - pack was activated so it will be billed to you regardless you use it or no!!
@airtelindia - Even if you donate money they will let you reverse it within 2 mins, if you made a mistake. @airtelindia is worse than that apparently! They insist on billing me for a pack that has and will have zero usage and was activated by mistake.
