Thank you @nothingbundt for allowing me to celebrate my friends birthday. Socially distanced, and fully contactless. Your Winter Park, FL team was wonderful and uplifting. 💜

@orlandomayor if we are enforcing a SAH order. Can we enforce non esntial constrctn in neighborhoods be on hold. Loud, heavy constrctn has been happening directly outside my home for over a week. I am trying to work and follow rules to help our cmmnty But it is becoming too much.

@AmazonHelp I’ve been waiting 10 days for a 2 day delivery. Two delays. And told to just keep waiting...that your seller and amazon aren’t communicating. An apology for the inconvenience is appreciated. But that was it. Resolutions maybe? some of us are on a deadline.

[Jules B @JulesKBee]

@amazon simply put your customer service blows.

This is kind of a big deal.

Hats off to @Volcom and their AMAZING guest service. Madison A with global compliance was incredible to work with through my claim. Way to set the example, and show there is still good service out there!!

@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir If I choose to fly your airline in the future. Which right now, I’ve already made arrangements and plans not to. I’ll be sure to only purchase and spend half the money on the EarlyBird that I typically do and just save a seat for my husband. Thanks for the tip.

[Jules B @JulesKBee]

@southwestair I didn’t realize your early bird option was an easy way for people to save seats for family in the last boarding group, and keep them from people who bought the option for both people in their party. #notworthit

[Jules B @JulesKBee]

@SouthwestAir Then you shouldn’t ask people to pay for first choice boarding. #falseadvertising. Good job rewarding people cheating your system and not paying you.

[Jules B @JulesKBee]

@RoyalCaribbean your customer service for a 1st time cruiser whose room flooded on vacation due to a pipe bursting is really something. Thanks for the certificate that’s late after your 30 day promise. Then I’ve been told it may never come. First time and sounds like last time.
