Corrupt CPS officer gets exposed for her lying and deception by the guy. Watch her ego crumble in real time. Lawsuit currently in progress.

Warrantless raids, manufactured emergencies, and weaponized state power: this is what happens when Child Protective Services operates completely unchecked under color of law.

What you are watching on this doorbell camera is not routine child welfare—l, it is a calculated retaliatory maneuver by Loudoun County Child Protective Services (CPS) and local sheriff’s deputies after a citizen refused to surrender his constitutional rights.

The homeowner, Farzin Yazdani, found himself targeted by an escalating series of malicious, bad-faith reports stemming from a contentious custody feud. The reporting party had already filed fabricated assault accusations against him that local prosecutors ultimately dropped (nolle prossed).

But when direct criminal allegations failed, social services was brought in as a proxy weapon to target his children, including his one-month-old breastfeeding infant, Roxana.
When caseworkers first descended on his residence flanked by armed deputies, they possessed no search warrant, no court order, and no legal authority to breach the threshold.

Yazdani stood firm behind his door, invoking his Fourth Amendment right against warrantless government searches. In response, CPS engaged in blatant bad-faith tactics:

Rather than respecting clear constitutional boundaries, the agency documented a citizen's lawful refusal of warrantless entry as hostile "non-compliance" and an "imminent threat," using his exercise of rights as a pretext to manufacture an emergency.

Within 30 minutes of the initial standoff, Yazdani reached out and offered to let the caseworker visually inspect the infant that very evening, provided she arrived without armed law enforcement. CPS and county officials rejected the offer, went before a magistrate the very next day, and falsely attested under oath that "no less-drastic alternative existed" to physically seizing the children.

The caseworker showed up with an emergency removal order obtained with zero prior notice, deliberately emailing the legal filings to Yazdani's work address just three minutes before knocking on his door, blatantly dodging his civil rights attorney who was actively calling her cell phone on the doorstep.

In their rush to execute the order, authorities forcibly seized a one-month-old nursing baby girl from her mother, Emily, a parent against whom the state had never leveled a single accusation of abuse or neglect.

The state’s manufactured narrative completely collapsed the moment it faced actual judicial scrutiny. Following an exhaustive five-day contested evidentiary hearing, a family court judge dismantled the agency's claims, threw out the emergency removal orders, and ruled that the statutory threshold for state intervention had never been met. Baby Roxana was ordered returned home after eight days in state custody.

The battle, however, is far from over. Rather than letting the misconduct stay hidden behind closed doors, Yazdani has escalated the fight to federal court, filing a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the involved Loudoun County deputies and caseworkers for unconstitutional seizure, due process violations, and abuse of state power.

This lawsuit is in progress and we will update once there is a conclusion.

A video that Netanyahu does not want the world to see

Let the world know by sharing this

Tens of thousands of anti-Zionist rabbis and Jews gathered in the Barclays Center in New York City to say that the Zionist regime is a criminal and occupying gang and does not represent the Jews.

[Authentic Jew @authenttorahjew]

There are hundreds of thousands of Jews in the USA and around the world who are against Israel and Zionism,

but you will not see any news about this in the mainstream media because the media serves the Zionists.

Torah Jews are not Zionists at all and fight against Zionism.

Israel is not a Jewish state; it serves Zionism, a godless political movement.

@benshapiro I’m a retarded liar? You got in front of a room filled with Christians and told them they can get into heaven by following the Noahide law which says if you’re a Christian (according to you) a blaspheming idolater, your punishment should be death.

Erika allowed this.

Everybody knows the CPS workers are in on kidnapping these children. They don’t just get lost children don’t just get lost. They’re sold.

[Giggling Gannon @GigglingGanon]

These CPS officers have never had anyone crush their narrative like this all while giving them nothing back in return.

Two Child Protective Services caseworkers show up at a resident’s front door alleging that threats were made against a family court judge via voicemail. Instead of allowing the confrontation to turn into an informal interrogation, the homeowner shuts down the inquiry at the threshold.

Here is the breakdown of why this encounter is a must see and what it reveals about administrative investigations.

Jurisdictional Realities vs. Bureaucratic Overreach: As the resident immediately points out, CPS is not a criminal law enforcement agency. If credible, actionable threats had truly been uttered against a judicial officer months prior, the RCMP or local law enforcement would have arrived with an arrest warrant, not social workers conducting an unscheduled fishing expedition.

Refusal to Self-Incriminate & "Contracting": When the caseworker attempts to probe into his mental health, the resident firmly refuses to engage, noting he has already undergone an official court assessment that cleared him completely. By keeping the document sealed and refusing to "contract" or answer unprompted questions, he denies the agency the opportunity to extract statements that could be twisted, decontextualized, and used against him in family court filings.

Protecting the Curtilage & Enforcing Formal Trespass: Without an active warrant or an exigent emergency involving the immediate safety of a child, caseworkers have no greater legal authority to remain on private property than any standard solicitor.

The homeowner repeatedly exercises his property rights, orders them to leave, and places the caseworkers on formal trespass notice the moment they step beyond his property boundary.

When government representatives show up without warrants, vague accusations can easily turn into self-inflicted legal traps if you do not understand where their authority ends and your rights begin. Your rights are like your muscles, if you fail to exercise them, they will fade away.

@LessWillMorWill @GigglingGanon What are you talking about? They lose children. They know exactly where they’re going. They’re being sold.

[Julie Reed @JulesReedo]

@GigglingGanon CPS is literally the traffickers they’re the ones who kidnapped the children. Did you hear what she just said to him talking about his mental health these CPS people they are trafficking children how do you think they come up missing? People like her.

Oh, look, Ben Shapiro lying through his teeth, all Zionist do is lie and gaslight us. Don’t be deceived. Ben Shapiro is a shill for Israel. Rev 3:9 Woe to those who call themselves Jews, who are not and lie. For they are the synagogue of Satan.

[Ben Shapiro @benshapiro]

Tucker Carlson is apparently out there saying I want to kill Christians because of the Noahide laws or something. This is psychotic. But I’d expect nothing less from an addled nicotine salesman who spends all of his time rallying for Islamists like Abdul El-Sayed and Zohran Mamdani while making excuses for Hitler. Tucker wants conservatives to lose. It’s that simple.
