@SherryA1958@LancomeUSA I find their practices shady. Ordered 3 foundations end of May and received in June. 2 of them came with expiration dates of July 2024 and October 2024. Asked for replacement with longer expiration dates. Sent me same expirations dates. Per their rep:
@potterybarn How could you not price adjust an order that was placed 2 days ago? Today you started a promotion of % of overall purchase and after waiting on the phone for almost an hour to talk to someone I was told you can't do price adjustments!!
@FedExHelp Still waiting for my package from Friday. Again, FedEx lies and says no one was home to deliver. I was home all day. Also, when I called FedEx on Friday they assured me it will be delivered by today. No package and now FedEx is saying delivery by tomorrow.
@PotteryBarnKids you have one of the worst customer service. So UPS "lost" my package and no one notifies me, you don't replace the lost item, I have to call for missing delivery (which I was notified was delivered) only to be told, "well, we refunded you your money."
@amazonprimenow Why is it that even after I check to make sure the item is in stock before ordering, that they tell are delivering without my most important item saying it's not in stock??? This service is virtually useless.
@MGAEnt Your replacement policy stinks! We bought the LOL Dollhouse in September through Amazon as Christmas present. When we put it together, a major piece was missing (one of the back walls). When I called to get it replaced, I was told I was outside of the 30-day window.

@AmazonHelp I was notified the items were out of stock and was not charged, but was not given any option to change my delivery time or have the items delivered when in stock (told later that day).
@amazonprimenow I used this service only to find that the store was out of every single dairy item I ordered (which was the main reason for ordering) and didn't give option to cancel order. Had to go to the store anyways.
