Wonderful experience with the first class FAs on @united UA 1505 from PBI to EWR. They’re incredibly kind, attentive, and have a wonderful sense of humor.
The @united chat agents have proven to be wholly unhelpful. From poor spelling and grammar, making it hard to understand, to rebooking me on the wrong flights, despite having the correct itinerary in front of them, this has been a very frustrating process.
@ChipotleTweets this is the third time that I’ve purchased a fountain soda at the 7th Ave NYC location, and their soda machine has been down. I don’t get a refund with customer service, just a free soda to redeem. I just want my $4 back, not another free soda that I can’t use.
@PATHTrain I’d love a refund for the fare I paid, just to find out 20 minutes after the train was supposed to leave that the train wouldn’t be operating.

@SpotifyUSA my iOS app keeps crashing when I’m on the subway, presumably because of low data available (despite having things downloaded for offline use). To get it fixed, I have to restart my phone. Any other fixes?

If anyone has any recommendations in the New York City area for communications-related jobs, I would be eternally grateful. The job hunt has been really brutal for me the last four months.
