- Node.js gateway on systemd
- Telegram bot
- Headless Chromium (no extensions)
- 3 cron jobs: self-improve (6h), morning-report (07:00), competitor-monitor (08:00)
- Security: UFW firewall, auditd logs, sudoers whitelist, emergency killswitch

Gave it "fria händer" — full autonomy.

Started with zero budget. Tested 32 free-tier models on OpenRouter.

Only 4 models (12.5%) could handle tool use reliably.

The rest? Broke on function calls — wrong formats, missing parameters, or silent failures.
