Well, well, well, what do we have here? Just pictures from a 2014 Royal Foundation meeting for the Invictus Games. William, with pen in hand, diligently taking notes and leading the meeting.

But wait, I thought according to Prince Harry's delusional Sussex Squad that Prince William (Willy) had nothing to do with Invictus and it was all Harry's doing 🙄🤦🏽 but Wills was brains behind the scenes and Harry was the frontman patron.

It's great that Harry found a path that helped him, and he was certainly doing well before Meghan Markle came into the picture and helped destroyhis life. However, he can't take all the credit. The Invictus Games was a team effort, and while he served as the lead patron and at the time did a really good job at it , it was a collaborative endeavour that had started years before the first games took place.

Prince William has always been the planner behind the scenes for the Foundation. He ensured his younger brother was set on a positive path with a promising future. However, Harry, driven by jealousy and immaturity, betrayed his brother, lied and has tried to rewrite history for the last five years 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🙄

Henry Ford was generally a racist and a bad person, but he understood something our current broligarchs have completely forgotten.

He said: I have to pay my workers enough to afford the products they’re building.

Give them a house, decent schools, reasonable healthcare.

If I do that, they’re not descending on my Dearborn mansion with pitchforks while I eat my caviar.

We’ve lost that plot entirely.

We have broligarchs who want to be trillionaires and they’re missing the lesson that a deeply flawed man figured out a hundred years ago.

I don't think anybody really grasps how desperate this situation is.

University professors are now saying they are unable to teach history because reading long books and passages is how a person learns history. College kids are incapable of reading more than a few pages.

Some classes don't assign any reading at all now, only lectures.

There is an assumption among the people managing this decline that reading is just a way of receiving information. It isn't. Proper reading is how we build the mental muscle to synthesize ideas and evaluate them.

If the catastrophic decline in reading and literacy is not addressed now, we risk losing everything.

Western civilization cannot survive the death of reading because it was built by people with the kind of cognitive depth that a culture of deep reading brings:

Complex reasoning, extended internal dialogue, the capacity to hold opposing ideas in tension. Our systems and institutions are complex, and they require well ordered minds to maintain them.

Reading forms minds, and the West was built by the richest minds in history.

Honestly, i don't understand this economy when nursing homes are so expensive they bankrupt our grandparents but nursing home aides need to use food banks.

daycare is so expensive it eats up one parent's entire paycheck and yet daycare providers only make $10/hr and need second jobs.

college costs hundreds of thousands of dollars and puts students into debt for life and yet we have thousands of professors living in their cars.

everything we need is astronomically expensive and yet almost none of the money we pay is going towards the people actually doing the work and providing the services.
